In 2002 there was a new idea to start a salon in Highland Heights. From an empty store came a vision of a well-rounded service salon. That year was a special year, not only because the decision to open the salon went from fiction to factual, but because it was the year that Toni Pietrondi and Mark Rassi joined hands in marriage. Ever since, this salon has been a bond between the Pietrondi and Rassi families. Toni's parents offered their advice and guidance through their own hair salon ownership and Mark's parents offered the same from owning their own business. With the knowledge and background of business and hairdressing, the salon was able to move forward and has continued to grow and expand since we opened our doors in January 2003.

 

Our current employees have come from various salons in the area bringing with them a different style that blended into one to make up the team that exists today. We've created an atmosphere that is casual, relaxing and fun for both the clients and the employees. We treat our clients as family, giving them the courtesy and respect that we would expect in return. We consider ourselves as one, working together to provide our services to the customer. Learning and teaching from one another, our employees create a continual learning experience by helping out with suggestions and advice.
